Fraudulent disputes

Disclosure : Fraudulent disputes are taken very seriously, If an item is marked successfully delivered by shipping carrier we will provide the bank with contracts. We will ask shipping carrier for the shipping reports.

We provide banks with the customers email correspondences, and full detailed order, along with the back end of the addresses used from our system. We completely comply with the banks investigation into the claim made by the customer.
